I've moved my vote to Lostalias. He has been doing a lot of diplomacy talks with a bunch of planets. We should also decide on a replacement for Grayson on there too. This is only because it seems the targets of most the spying/attacks are GHC members and their allies.

Well I've rebuilt and have alot of defense up, and I'm pretty sure the spy situation is almost completely taken care of. The best the spies could do now would be read my news or something.

Then perhaps we vote a third member onto the GHC? That gives us the capability to call 70% votes.
